Knowledge (called Savoirs in French) is Augure's knowledge base. Add your organization's documents, ask questions in plain language, and get answers with citations back to the passages they came from.
Add documents
- Open Knowledge from the navigation on the left of the app.
- To group related documents, create a New collection.
- Choose Add documents, then Upload documents or Upload folder. You can also drag and drop files.
- Each document shows Processing… and then Ready. Once it is ready, it can be cited.
Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, ODT, Markdown, TXT and CSV.
Ask questions
Type your question in the Ask your question… box. Answers cite the documents and passages they are based on, so you can check the source.
Limits by plan
A project can draw on a set number of sources at once: 5 on Free and Pro, 15 on Max. Max also adds team knowledge sharing. See the pricing page for everything each plan includes.
Who can see your documents
Knowledge is shared within your organization with role-based access, and your documents are stored in Canada.
Removing a document
Deleting a document removes the file and its citations.
Knowledge or a project?
Use a project to work on something with a handful of files. Use Knowledge to ask questions across a larger set of reference documents and get cited answers. See Projects and files.
